| Ed Williamson, President and CEO - Williamson Cadillac HUMMER Ed Williamson, President and CEO of Williamson Cadillac Company was named a 2009 South Florida Power Players by Business Leader Magazine. For more than 40 years Ed Williamson has been building a legacy as one of Miami’s most distinguished automobile dealers. In December of 1967, his father founded George Williamson Cadillac Company in Miami, and Ed joined him in the family business as a new car salesman. Five years later, Ed became President of the company, and in December of 1976, he and his brother Tom purchased the dealership from their father and renamed it Williamson Cadillac Company. Today Williamson is an award-winning dealership, earning GM Dealer of the Year numerous times, and the Cadillac Master Dealer Award for more than 30 years. Williamson has expanded the dealership by adding Hummer. He also is a partner in Vera Buick Pontiac GMC and Saturn of South Dade; and Vera Cadillac Hummer Saab and Saturn in Pembroke Pines. Williamson is also an active member of the civic and charitable community, serving such organizations as the Orange Bowl Committee, The University of Miami and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Carol Williamson, Treasurer - Williamson Cadillac HUMMER Carol Williamson is a mother, wife, entrepreneur and community activist, and there is hardly a corner of life in Miami that hasn't been touched by her good will and generosity.  | Williamson Cadillac HUMMER Gives Hope to Children Less Fortunate this Holiday Season (Dec 10, 2009 Miami, FL) The children at Community Partnership for Homeless will have another reason to smile this holiday season thanks to Williamson Cadillac HUMMER. This year Williamson Cadillac HUMMER is giving back, by sponsoring an After-Holiday Party on December 29, 2009 for one hundred children living at Community Partnership for Homeless in South Dade. The Williamson employees will be distributing toys they have collected at their dealerships. After the distribution, the children will have the opportunity to check out, first-hand, a Hummer that will be showcased on the CPH field. The event will wind-down as the children are all treated to a pizza lunch. Williamson Cadillac HUMMER will have two donation boxes in their dealership where people can bring unwrapped children’s toys/gift cards for ages 0-17 years to bring to the children at the holiday event. Williamson will also donate a generous amount of gifts for the children as well. Anyone can come in and place unwrapped gifts in the donation boxes. Williamson Cadillac HUMMER hopes to help Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club score big Williamson Cadillac HUMMER teams up with Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club to help raise thousands of dollars for youth program Miami (October 27, 2009) – In the spirit of teamwork taught by youth sports, Williamson Cadillac HUMMER is teaming up with Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club to provide the league’s players and coaches with soccer kits filled with equipment bags, sport cones, practice jerseys and t-shirts, a monetary donation and an opportunity to help them raise up to $10,000. Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club will have the opportunity to raise as much as $10,000 through a fundraising opportunity where one lucky recipient will win a 39-month lease on a 2010 Cadillac SRX. Williamson Cadillac HUMMER and other Miami-Ft. Lauderdale-area Cadillac dealerships are donating this prize to the participating leagues. One-hundred percent of the proceeds go directly to the leagues, and they can use the funds in any way they choose. Some leagues plan to grant scholarships to families who cannot afford to enroll their children in the league, while others will use the funds to improve fields and equipment. “We are proud to be able to help the kids in our community by donating equipment and giving them the opportunity to raise much-needed funds for their league. On June 25th, 2009 Williamson Cadillac HUMMER held a lunch in order to raise money for autistic children under the age of 15. The money donated will help go toward new games, books and educational materials for the children. The also enjoyed the leftovers of a taco lunch and were very grateful for everything Williamson contributed.

The Heat was on at "Cadillac Cocktails" benefiting the National Kidney Foundation of Florida (June 8th, 2007 Miami, FL) The Game was rolling and the Cocktails were flowing at the 2007 Cadillac Cocktails event hosted by Williamson Cadillac HUMMER. The annual event benefits the National Kidney Foundation of Florida's kidney disease screening programs and vital services for dialysis and transplant patients. Guests arriving into the elegant Cadillac Showroom were greeted by the beautiful Miami Heat Dancers and invited to be a contestant on the live game show "Deal or No Deal". Mark Trowbridge, President of the Coral Gables, Chamber of Commerce entertained the audience as he hosted the live Game show on the stage with the Miami Heat Dancers who were assisting to unveil the exciting prizes in the metal briefcases. The night was alive with laughter, valuable Game show prizes, cocktails from Bacardi and passed hor d'oeuvres by Private Chef Shawn Fralin. And to top it all off recording artist Karina Iglesias performed a private show for the guests filling the air with upbeat music courtesy of Savor Records.
