I hold Mickey Barrio, my service writer for years, in highest regard.  He ALWAYS follows through on whatever has to be done efficiently.  You are fortunate to have a man of his caliber in yr employ.

It is 8:00am on a Saturday morning and Dan's smiling face greeted me in the service area, he was fabulous.  Carlos the parts guy was ready for me and the service representative who wrote it all up was friendly and helpful ( I am sorry I cannot remember his name).  Willie Thomas "the best" salesman oversaw the entire process as this was service on my brand new CTS, (my radio had to be switched out).  Willie even made sure I had lunch.  As usual, Williamson showed why people keep coming back.  Good Service + Good People = Happy Customer.
